YouTuber Simon Visler attempted to answer this question. The testicles are first formed in the abdomen near the stomach and kidneys. Nerve and blood vessels associated with those regions when the testicles will descend. So when a man hit a ball or otherwise receives a kick in the crotch, testicular pain travels through the abdomen to the spine – he explained, adding that the shot in the testicles can damage the reproductive ability of men.
